Same-Day Temporary Teeth
In selected cases, temporary teeth may be attached to implants the same day implants are placed. These are not the final teeth, and patients must follow a modified diet and healing instructions while the implants integrate. Several visits are usually needed before the final teeth are made.
Cost and Payment Options
Treatment fees are determined after the evaluation because full-arch treatment can vary based on the number of implants, extractions, bone or gum needs, temporary teeth, final teeth, materials, and sequencing. After the consultation, we will review options, estimated fees, insurance considerations, and available payment options.
Please note that a 3% service charge will be applied to all credit card purchases.
Full-Arch Dental Implant Options: Fixed Teeth, Implant Bridges, and Implant Dentures
Patients with many missing teeth, loose dentures, or teeth that may not be maintainable long-term often have more than one possible treatment path. Some patients are candidates for fixed full-arch implant teeth. Others may be better served by implant overdentures, staged implant treatment, or preserving selected natural teeth.
Dr. DeVoll helps patients compare options clearly before making a major decision.
Options That May Be Discussed
- Fixed full-arch implant teeth
- All-on-X-style treatment
- Implant overdentures or snap-in dentures
- Staged extraction and implant treatment
- Bone grafting or soft-tissue planning when needed
- Saving selected natural teeth when appropriate
What Determines the Right Plan?
The best option depends on bone volume, gum health, bite forces, medical history, esthetic goals, hygiene access, maintenance needs, budget, and the patient’s desire for removable versus fixed teeth.
